Q: When can I expect my order?
A: Production takes 1–4 business days, and shipping for the bracelets takes an additional 2–4 business days.
Q: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
A: In 99% of cases, orders are shipped within the expected timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping is free of charge on all orders.
Exchanges & Returns
Q: I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
A: Yes, you can return any order within 14 days of receiving it—no explanation required.
Q: I want to return an item. What do I need to do?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached. The product must show no signs of use.
All returns must include a track & trace code. The sender is responsible for the return shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Q: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
A: You can enter your email address and order number on our tracking page to follow your shipment.
Q: My Track & Trace code shows no information—why?
A: Tracking information becomes available once your package has been scanned by the shipping provider. Please allow some time for updates, as occasional delays may occur.
Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll ensure the refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
